Animation by John Lounsbery, Fred Moore and Bill Tytla.
Effects by Art Palmer, Ed Aardal, Miles Pike, George Rowley, Cornett Wood, Paul Kossoff, Jerome Brown, William Wilson and Jim Escalante.
John Lounsbery animates the first few scenes with both Timothy and Dumbo, then the "stars" take over with Moore animating Timothy and Tytla doing Dumbo and Mrs. Jumbo.

Its the first we see Fred Moore animating wonderful drawings of Timothy Mouse, with some nice work by Bill Tytla and John Lounsbery.
I find it interesting that a lot of effect animators worked on this small sequence with very few effects, probably mostly shadows.
And Freddie Moore finally arrives!
The animators weren't too hard to figure out, but I've never known any of them to work with Bill, except Fred, in the pleasure island folleys of Pinnocchio.
This is getting to be very interesting, keep em' coming! Unless your too busy, of course, I can understand.
Fred Moore's animation on Timothy is fairly recognisable.
I did expect that Woolie's animation would be prominent in Bill Roberts' sequences, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Interesting how Lounsbery animates all the shots where both Dumbo and Timothy appear together prominently - as if Roberts and Elliotte, or whoever, wanted to avoid animators scene-sharing as much as possible.
Probably the reason why people like Fred Moore is working for Bill Roberts in this film, and Ward Kimball working for Jack Kinney, is because they're supervisor Ham Luske didn't direct sequences for the film, and they worked with different people. BUT, John Elliotte did work on the "Pastoral Symphony" and that's probably why he was doing work for Fred Moore on Timothy Mouse.
Its weird how Woolie Reitherman's work is in Wilfred Jaxon sequences instead of Bill Roberts sequences?
