Prod. 2165 - Mary Poppins (VI)
Again we hear Dal McKennon doing a voice, this time the Irish fox, animated by Milt. In a way it is funnier seeing the credits for the voices of the hounds: J. Pat O'Malley, George Pelling (voice of Danny in One Hundred and One Dalmatians), Dal McKennon, Sean McClory (another famous actor, for Disney e.g. the police sergeant in The Happiest Millionaire) and Alan Napier (Sir Pelinore in Sword in the Stone, and Alfred in the Batman series of my childhood!). We meet most all of them again later in this sequence.

Mmm, much of what I speculated appears to be right. I always knew worked on the scenes of the fox, considering how very stylised and flexible the character moves. John Lounsbery's scenes are definitely recognisable, as it certainly has his drawing style. I always thought John did the cycle scenes of the fox hunters, at scene 124; though the draft doesn't credit the animator. Perhaps it could be Lounsbery?
Freddy Hellmich is a little surprised, though I suppose its no surprise that lesser scenes were given to uncredited animators.
Great draft, you've been posting so far Hans, not only is the animator identifications useful, but actually discovering who the characters' voice actors are a real treat, even though some of the information may already be available out there...
The casting is a bit less rigid here than earlier on, with the hunters being shared between John Lounsbery and Milt Kahl, the latter of whom also animated the fox.
It's also less of an "all star cast" than I observed before, with Julius Svendsen, Art Stevens and now Fred Hellmich doing a few scenes here and there.
