Animation by Ward Kimball, Judge Whitaker, Fred Moore, Ken O'Brien and Hal Ambro. Effects by Jack Boyd.
From a sad little number by Kimball (waking up) and Whitaker (uni-cycling) we get to the heart of the sequence, meeting Lulubelle, animated by Moore, interspersed with more action-oriented scenes by O'Brien and Ambro.

I KNEW IT! Ward Kimball is unmistakable doing the bird. Good to see Ward and Kinney together again, always a good match for one another. Another nice interlude from the Gerry Geronimi saga for him.
Again, despite the note at the bottom of each page, there are no indications of supervising animators for this sequence. Judge Whitaker's section is between Kimball's and Moore's... was he animating more or less autonomously, answering only to the director?
Ken O'Brien and Hal Ambro do a couple of scenes in Fred Moore's section - were they animating under his supervision?
