Animation by Hugh Fraser (44 scenes) and Rudy Larriva (1 scene of four seconds).
This is Jim Algar's first sequence in this film as director. In 1946 he occupied room 2B-6, next door to layout men Philippi and Doughty in 2B-5 while Hugh Fraser was downstairs in 1B-6.
Note that the film's title here is "Magnificent Mr Toad."
Hugh Duncan Fraser was born in Butte, Montana on 08/15/1904 and passed away at age 89 on 01/06/1994 in Contra Costa/Walnut Creek, CA. I cannot find any info on what he did between Lady and the Tramp and the 1960 Popeye series he worked on for director Jack Kinney.
Rudolph (Rudy) Larriva was born 02/12/1916 and passed away at age 94 recently on 2/19/2010. Last residence Irvine, CA.
Someone must have interviewed him, one would think...
Alberto's info about his time at Disney does not mention his work on Toad: "Animator: DISNEY 25 Feb 46-28 May 47 (Song of the South 46, Melody Time 48)." In July 1946 his room at Disney's was 1E-11.

Fascinating! I knew High Fraser did weasle scenes, but I didn't think he did the whole sequence!
Bettacini says Rudy Larriva was out of Disney by mid-1947, so this draft must have been compliled quite awhile after his contributions.
Notice that the bg data for scene 01.6 says that it (the background) is the same as scene 48 of sequence 07.1. This is crossed out and replaced with "seq. 19.1 sc. 16". Presumably the designations for the different sequences changed during production.
A whole Hugh Fraser sequence. I knew that he worked on the weasels, but I didn't think he practically animate the whole sequence (the Larriva scene is a re-use), and I never thought he even worked on the Trial scenes.
