Prod. 2006 - Good advice...


From a production acetate that I have, dated 1/2/1941.
The King's Men get their cue from the studio organ.

It's amazing the mileage the comedians and cartoonists got out of references about the Dionne Quintuplets in the late 30's/early 40's. :)

Most people probably already know the organ is technically a Novachord. It's showcased in the accompaniment to the Pink Elephants sequence. Oliver Wallace also used it in several shorts scores.

These clips are great.
