- Name: Hans Perk
Interested in animation since 1975, worked in Holland with Danish animator Børge Ring for four years (incl. on the Oscar-winning 'Anna & Bella'), then moved to Denmark in 1984. In SoCal since 2019.
Co-founder in 1988 of A. Film, Europe's foremost animation studio, in business for over 30 years. We are the studio behind 'The Flight before Christmas', 'Help! I'm a Fish', 'Asterix and the Vikings', 'Checkered Ninja' and many more...
Currently the President and CEO of A. Film L.A., Inc. in Los Angeles,
and director of "Miffy the Movie."
Though we are very involved in new techniques, I share a deep passion for Great Classical Animation with everyone at the studio;
Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston's "Illusion of Life" is our bible.

Pretty much the same animators as the previous sequence, but with Frank Thomas in place of Milt Kahl.
Lady and Tramp animated by Frank Thomas, Eric Larson, Don Lusk, Cliff Nordberg, George Kreisl, and Ed Aardal. Tony and Joe animated by John Lounsbery... although with some overlap here and there.
I expect this is the group of animators we'll see for the next few sequences, with Hal King, George Nicholas, Harvey Toombs, Hal Ambro etc. returning when the action moves back to the house.
dogs animated by George Krisel, Don Lusk, Frank Thomas, Eric Larson, Cliff Nordberg and one scene by Ed Aardal. Tony and Joe are animated by John Lounsebery. and we got no Bob Carlson stuff. i think that since he don't want to work on animals after the Siamese Cats sequence. so he preferred to animate the final Donald Duck cartoons and two one shot shorts and one starring the Ranger Of Brownstone. he left in mid-1957 after working on the second to-last Donald Duck short, Mathmagicland. the short was not to be released until 1959 since Disney was completing Sleeping Beauty. he left for UPA in 1958.
Don Lusk, Eric Larson, Frank Thoms, John Lounsbery, George Kreisl, with dashes of Cliff Nordberg and Ed Aardal. It's interesting to see Eric Larson doing scenes of Lady and Tramp, even more so considering this isn't a Wilfred Jaxon sequence.
Absolutley did not expect to see Gerry Geronimi on here. I wonder if any of Joe and Tony's interplay is based upon Geronimi's behavior around the studio?
I recall a few of the shots of Aardal, but Eric Larson was a surprise to me. This also shows how Frank only appears in a few shots prior to the spaghetti sequence, which he is notorious for.
Mr Perk, do you have the draft for 'Susie the little blue coupe'? Thats another instance where Hugh Hennesey and Don Griffith handle layouts together.
