Assistant director Danny Alguire, layout by Don Griffith and Basil Davidovich, this FINAL draft typed 9/19/67.

Animation by Dick Lucas, Hal King, Eric Larson, Frank Thomas, Milt Kahl and Fred Hellmich with a waterfall by effects animator Dan MacManus.

Of course, the highlights are the Shermans' song "Trust in Me" animated by Frank Thomas, and the business between Kaa and Shere Kahn by Milt Kahl. The two of them obviously do all character stuff and none of the transitional and action footage. Hellmich and King get a bunch of reuse scenes - again.

Thomas does the whole "Trust in Me" section, while Kahl does the section with Kaa fooling Shere Khan. Although, many of the close-ups of Kaa in this later section are by Frank as well.

Most of Hal King's scenes, of Mowgli wandering around aimlessly at the beginning, and some of his interaction with Kaa at the end, are new footage, and his Kaa scenes don't quite match the rest of the sequence. (This may be a storyboarding problem rather than an animation problem, though)

A lot of Kaa footage (again, not matching the rest of the sequence) is reused from before, and this time it's credited to Fred Hellmich. Again, what did he *do*?
