Here is another one of those films without which our universe would not have existed...
Originally called Ghost Exterminators, directed by Burt Gillett, animated by Izzie Klein, Ed Love, Milt Kahl, Marvin Woodward, Rex Cox, Bob Wickersham, Gerry Geronimi, Dick Huemer and Don Williams. Albert Hay Malotte (see below) wrote the music.
Final draft dated 12/1/1937, released 23 days later, 12/24/1937. Say! That's 3 days after the Snow White gala premiere!
See it on your "Walt Disney Treasures - Mickey Mouse in Living Color" DVD (Vol.1 Disc 2)...
Interesting to see that Rex Cox finally did sc.21. as it is on Izzie Klein's list of scenes. Klein picked it up 2/9/1937 and cut into the reel 3/31/1937, but it never went into clean-up - instead it is marked OUT. Klein picked up his first scenes, sc.25 & 26, on 11/10/1936, he finished rough animation on both on 11/30, changes done on both from 2/6/1937 to 3/10/1937, and after clean-up and in-b-t [sic] they were the last to be delivered for inkers, 6/30/1937.

I don't know if you (or anyone) will see this, but... how did you know that, about I Klien and Rex Cox? Also, I was looking up Art Babbitt on Alberto's site and he says Babbitt worked on this short. But the animator draft doesn't mention him. Which is right, do you suppose?
Well, I do not know the source of Alberto's knowledge. If he went through scene folders or an interview with Babbitt where he states he worked on it or whatever. I would think the draft is more first-hand information, but who knows?
As to the Rex Cox thing, I have a copy of a work sheet that Izzie Klein prepared as he worked on the scenes for this film. As I received it back in the early 80s as a copy of something someone sent to someone else, I didn't feel it was in my place to publish it, but well, so much time has past, maybe I will. I do not have it on me, though...
